Hideaway True Blue Inc.(here after called “HTB”) was registered in Grenada for the purpose of building an apartment condominium unit in True Blue, St.George’s. The company’s objective is to fill the void for quality residential accommodation in the area. Its target customers will be persons looking for higher end, modern living facilities. The prospective tenants will be discerning of the best in their quest of a quality residence and have a desire to have access to the world class technological amenities that will be provided. The company’s main target market will be students who attend St.George’s University (SGU) which is closely located to the proposed complex. The condominiums will also be rented to short-term visiting staff and relatives of students attending the University along with other short-term guest who are on vacation. The company will be providing a wide range of services that will attractvarious age groups and income levels. Services on site will include restaurants, laundry facilities, gym, recreational, vending machines and a reading/study room. HTB will have adedicated and experienced man age ment team who are familiar with the unique requirements of its residents. HTB believes the key to a successful venture is that of professional and responsive management.
