Hideaway True Blue is the only real estate product approved under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act that provides each investor a Guaranteed Buy Back agreement for the purchase and investment into its project. This investment provides full citizenship for all applicants which remains in full even after the buyback is exercised. In addition, the owner/investor will be entitled to receive quarterly returns after year 2 of operation and will not be liable for any maintenance, insurance or other related operational costs during the term of the Agreement.
