Range Developments, who has been awarded the contract for construction of the first Kempinski first luxury hotel in the Caribbean, has announced the appointment of NH International (Caribbean) Ltd (NH) as the main structural contractor for the Cabrits Resort Kempinski, Dominica.

His Excellency Charles Angelo Savarin, President of Dominica and Mrs Savarin, the Acting Prime Minister of Dominica, Honourable Rayburn Blackmoore, the Minister of Tourism, other members of Cabinet and officials of the country joined the principals of Range Developments and executives of Kempinski Hotels to mark the ground-breaking ceremony of the Cabrits Resort Kempinski Dominica today.

Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group is developing the Caribbean’s first Kempinksi Resort in Dominica which is expected to open its doors in just under three years, bringing hundreds of jobs at every stage of the project.

Cabrits Resort Kempinski to be completed in 2018

The 160-room Cabrits Resort Kempinski. which will be located at Douglas Bay between the Cabrits National Park and the community of Tan Tan, is expected to be completed in 2018. Vice President of Range Developments, Mohammed Asaria made that announcement while addressing the ground breaking ceremony held at Portsmouth on October 16.
